How to place an order ?

First, make sure that you have a reseller account.

There are two possible scenarios:

You have your Shopify store that is connected to 01supply
You don’t have any Shopify store and you are using 01supply manually

1. Shopify connected

If you installed the Shopify app, your orders are synchronized with 01supply.

It means that when a product is ordered by a customer, the order will be listed in the “Orders” menu in your 01supply dashboard.

This order is automatically filled in with your customer information (address, phone, email, etc…). All you need to do is click on the “Order” button.

From there, you will be able to select a shipping method and pay.

Once the order is paid, the supplier will receive all the information and process to order for you. He will send it to your final customer.

2. Manual orders

If you want to buy a 01supply product manually, you can do it by clicking the “Add to cart” button on a product page.

Then, click on the cart icon to go on the cart page. Now, you need to fill in your delivery information. Once it is done, click on “Place order”. This will redirect you to the order page. From there, just select the shipping method and pay.

Once the order is paid, the supplier will receive all the information and process to order for you. He will send it to your final customer.

Placing orders on Etsy

Some items are Etsy products. If you imported an Etsy product and if you want to buy it, you can click the order button on the product page. This will redirect you to the Etsy product page. From there, the rest of the order is handled by Etsy.
